5. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Schedule
- Project Deposit: 50% upfront for projects over $500
- Milestone Payments: As agreed in project contract
- Final Payment: Due upon project completion
- Consultation Fees: Due at time of booking
- Monthly Services: Billed in advance
- Late Fees: 2% per month on overdue amounts
Refund Policy
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus processing fees
- Work in Progress: Prorated based on completion
- Completed Work: No refund unless quality issues
- Consultation Fees: Refundable with 24hr notice
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days
- Disputes: Resolved through good faith negotiation
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfers, PayPal, Stripe payments, and other methods as agreed. Currency conversions subject to current exchange rates plus processing fees.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Services provided "as is" without warranties. Liability limited to project value. Not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

- Non-payment: Service suspension after 15 days overdue
- Breach of Terms: Immediate termination possible
- Project Completion: Natural expiration of agreement
Post-Termination
- Work Product: Delivered upon payment clearance
- Confidentiality: Continues indefinitely
- Data Return: Client data provided within 30 days
- Outstanding Fees: Remain due and payable
- Access Termination: Immediate upon termination
